We offer state of the art, world-class monitoring and critical care equipment designed specifically for use on animals that is simple, reliable and affordable. You pick the parameters, and we deliver the best: Cardell® Blood pressure; Nellcor digital pulse oximetry; Oridion microstream CO2.

Cardell® 9401 BP Only

Provides reliable blood pressure monitoring in a compact and affordable package. The Model 9401 offers systolic, diastolic, mean arterial pressure and heart rate in seconds. It has an automatic mode allowing the user to set measurements from 1 - 90 minutes. A SCREENING mode provides automatic averages after 5 readings for easy diagnosis. There are high and low alarms for all parameters. The Cardell BP technology is known for working well in kittens to horses in surgery to diagnosing hypertension in awake animals. It comes with 13 cuffs in 7 different sizes.

   

Cardell® 9402 BP & SpO2

Along with the BP advantages of Model 9401, the Model 9402 uses Nellcor's OxiMax® digital processing for its pulse oximetry. The OxiMax technology offers greater accuracy than conventional oximetry, even for difficult-to-monitor patients with motion or low perfusion. A lingual sensor in included. List price: $2,995.

   

Cardell® 9403

This multi-parameter monitor offers the Cardell® reliable blood pressure technology, all-digital pulse oximetry from Nellcor, and ECG. Temperature software is built in. A 3-lead ECG set is included (or opt for a 5-lead set). Multiple variable lead trace waveform selection is included along with 5 gain size selections and a trace freeze option. Connect with your PC with free Vital Record™ software. A printer and rolling stand are optional. List price: $3,995.

   

Cardell® 9404

This multi-parameter monitor offers the Cardell® reliable blood pressure technology and ECG. Temperature software is built in. A 3-lead ECG set is included (or opt for a 5-lead set). Multiple variable lead trace waveform selection is included along with 6 gain size selections and a trace freeze option. Connect to your pc and create anesthesia reports with free Vital Record™ software. A printer and rolling stand are optional. List price: $2,995.

   

Cardell® 9405

This multi-parameter monitor has the “best in class” for key parameters: Cardell® blood pressure technology, Nellcor pulse oximetry and Oridion capnography. The ECG is 3-lead, but 5-lead is an option. With its compact size and 4-6 hours of operation from a rechargeable battery, this lightweight monitor is an ideal tool for the modern veterinary practice. An esophageal/rectal temperature probe is optional as is a printer and rolling stand. Included are 13 cuffs in 7 sizes, lingual SpO2 probe, 3 CO2 filter lines and a 3-lead ECG wire set. Cardell® 9500 HD

Not just another pretty face, the Cardell 9500 HD features the world-class Cardell blood pressure, Nellcor digital pulse oximetry, and optional Respironics solid-state mainstream CO2. With a 7" high definition wide screen display and integrated printer, it's exactly what Cardell fans have been waiting for. List price $3,995; $5,995 with CO2.

   

Cardell® MAX-1

High performance, multiparameter monitor with “World Class” parameter componentry, full color 10.4” screen, and a built-in printer. The MAX-1 contains the world leading Cardell® veterinary blood pressure technology, Nellcor's all-digital Oximax® pulse oximetry, and Oridion's Microstream® CO2 technology. These are complimented by a diagnostic quality ECG, respiration via CO2, two temperature outputs and two invasive BP channels. Most parameters have custom algorithms developed especially for veterinarians. The high contrast color display has an extremely wide viewing angle. Up to four waveforms can be displayed at one time, or three waveforms and the last five tabular trends. The menu is extra user-friendly with monitor and patient settings easily changed using the soft keys. The MAX-1 can also output an anesthesia report record to a user's PC that meets AAHA standards, and is compatible with most popular practice management software.

   
MAX12HD

Cardell® Max-12 HD

The Cardell MAX-12 HD contains the world leading Cardell veterinary blood pressure technology, Nellcor’s all-digital Oximax® pulse oximetry, and Oridion’s Microstream® CO2 technology. These are complimented by a diagnostic quality ECG, respiration via CO2 and temperature. The MAX-12 HD is flexible in that you can choose the monitor with or without invasive blood pressure and multigas monitoring. Most parameters have custom algorithms developed especially for veterinarians. The 12.1” color display is high definition and can be viewed from an extremely wide angle. And up to 8 waveforms can be viewed at one time, including 4 ECG waveforms. The monitor stores 120-hours of graphic and tabular trend information including a 12-minute ECG waveform you can review. An esophageal ECG is also available (free during introduction). A port is available for downloading graphical trends and numerical data to your PC, or for creating a central monitoring system. There's also a video out port.

REASONS FOR MONITORING BP

Clinicians are using arterial blood pressure monitoring for the following reasons:

  • Detect hypotension in injured or sick patients - helps in management
  • Find and assess primary or secondary hypertension
  • Assess anesthetic depth in surgery
  • Assess results of drug and/or diet therapy in hypertension
