How do I order from MINRAD?

  • Call Customer Service (800) 832-3303 or (716) 855-1068 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, EST (Monday - Friday).
  • Fax your order to (716) 855-1078 any time (24 hours, 7 days a week).

Shipping Details:

  • All items currently in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping costs are added to your invoice.
  • MINRAD Inc., is not liable for delays in shipping due to shortages, manufacturing problems, delivery or labor problems, or other events that are beyond its control.

What Credit Cards can I use?

  • We currently accept VISA and MasterCard.

How do I ask a product question?

Do you include taxes in your prices?

  • Quoted prices are exclusive of taxes. Purchaser shall be responsible for payment of all applicable state and local sales, use, and/or gross receipts taxes resulting from transactions with MINRAD.

What is your Warranty?

  • MINRAD Inc., products are guaranteed to meet our published performance specifications.
    The shelf-life and care of each product vary, so an expiration date and handling instructions are clearly printed on each package.
    If you find the performance of the product you purchased to be below our specifications, please call us toll-free at (800) 832-3303 or contact us on line.

What is your Return Policy / Procedures?

  • Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to MINRAD. We guarantee our commitment and service to our customers.

    Please follow these necessary steps to return a product:
  • The return must take place within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A Return Authorization Number is required for each return. The Return Authorization Number is assigned after a form is provided to us verifying the purchase date and the lot number. This form may be requested from Customer Service.
  • Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the goods and credit issuance will be determined.

  • If our products reach you and have been damaged in shipment, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us for return authorization and proper credit.
  • Restocking charge may apply.
